Four Love
by Josh Brooks
Created specifically for the Center Court facility, "Four Love" captures the dynamic energy of tennis with two figures—one serving, the other in a backhand pose. This striking TIG-welded stainless steel sculpture was commissioned after the previous piece on site required removal due to material failure, with the Edmond Visual Arts Commission (EVAC) approving the use of maintenance reserves for its purchase.
Josh Brooks, the artist, is also the owner of thePADokc, a downtown Edmond shop specializing in custom welding, fabrication, and vinyl wraps. A graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in art (2008), Josh has explored artistic expression across nearly every medium throughout his life. In Four Love, his expertise in precision TIG welding and fine art seamlessly converge to create a bold, dynamic celebration of movement and athleticism.
