COMING SOON! The mural "Resources Matter," created by artist Chris Cargill, celebrates inclusiveness and recycling. EARC (Employment and Residential Center), a key partner in this project, sought a local artist to design the mural, and everything else fell into place. Since 1969, EARC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting greater independence and a higher quality of life. This artwork was acquired through the EVAC (Edmond Visual Arts Commission) with the support of a private donor/public matching fund initiative known as Art in Public Places. This project was made possible through the contributions of EARC, Gerry & Louise Cannon, Cinda Covel, Edmond Kiwanis, David & Robbi Kinnaird, Dr. Christian & Michele Koopman, Saundra Naifeh, Barry Rice, and Randel Shadid.
